Purchases

Making a purchase could not be easier; just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order using a 128bit security encryption system.

We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo cards. When making a card payment, please ensure that the billing address you enter is the address your card is registered to. We would recommend that you send these particular methods of payments using a Recorded Post service as we will not be held responsible for any incurred loss.

When you receive email confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order; it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Once we have accepted your order and sent you an invoice this will indicate a contract between us. We have included this in our Terms & Conditions to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable, unless an exclusive special offer has been abused then we reserve the right to change the final price without prior notice or consent.

To benefit from our special web offers you must sign up for an account. This signing up process will take less than 1 minute of your time and once done, you will be kept up to date with our latest offers.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Shopper Security

When the order is placed on our website, your credit card data is handled by PayPal. We do not see your card details when your order is processed.

If you are placing your order over the phone, we can accept credit and debit card payments. Once your payment is processed, any receipts are shredded and recycled.

Special Offers

This type of special offer may only be used by the intended individual and as such may not be used by anyone other than the intended customer. If you abuse an exclusive special offer we reserve the right to change the final price without prior notice and/or decide whether it can be used in conjunction with another offer and no cash alternative will be honoured.

Can I use a promotion code during checkout?

Yes, you can place an order utilising a promotional code to receive a given discount at checkout.

How soon will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 24 hours after your order has been received at our fulfilment centre(s). If an order is placed after Friday 4PM, your order will not be processed until the following Monday. Please expect longer fulfilment times during holidays.

What happens if my product is out-of-stock?  

If the item you ordered is out-of-stock or backordered, a representative from our Customer Service team will contact you to provide possible options and/or a refund for the out-of-stock item(s).

When can I expect my back ordered product?

If the item you ordered is on back order you can expect your product within a few weeks. If you would like a more exact date of arrival our Customer Service team will be happy to help you out.

How can I view my recent orders? 

You can review any old or recent order by accessing your ProjectAD™ Customer Dashboard.

How secure are my order transactions?

All transactions are encrypted with the use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate to protect sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card numbers. All your information is securely transferred over the Internet to safeguard each individual transaction.

Can I order samples?

Unfortunately at this time, we are out of our sample support. We are working diligently to get more back in stock, but please feel free to reach out to your local supplement retailer for samples of our products in the meantime.
