Leg Day. Pull Day. The Session You've Been Building Toward.

Leg day. Pull day. The session you've been building toward deserves a plan that is settled before you walk in. Four things to sort first, and the scoop that goes with all of them.

Some sessions you drift into. Leg day and pull day are not those. They have been on the calendar all week, and you have already read the program twice.

Heavy days reward preparation, and preparation is mostly small decisions made early. Here are four to settle before you walk in, plus the one level scoop of Aminotaur Essential that rides along.

Write the session down

Squats, deadlifts, rows, pull-ups: whatever the program calls for, get the order and the working weights on paper before you leave the house. A written session means the only thing left to decide under the bar is whether it moves. Everything else was settled at the kitchen table.

Mix the drink before the first plate goes on

One level scoop in water, lid on, shaker where you can reach it. Heavy sets come with long rests, and the rests are exactly where a shaker earns its place: a few sips between sets, no timing, no second bottle. Here is how one verified buyer puts it.

★★★★★

"Aminotaur saves me since I hit the gym by 5am and have no time for a pre-workout meal! It helps me push so much harder during my weight training! I'll never go without it."

Pick a flavor you want on the hard days

Some days the session is a grind and the bottle is the part you are looking forward to. Orange Mango Guava, The Grape Escape, Fresh Squeezed Lemonade or Sour Apple, same formula in every one.

That is the list. A written plan, a mixed bottle, a known scoop and a flavor you like. Then the work: leg day, pull day, the session you have been building toward.

Leg day. Pull day. Be ready for both.

Before you decide

Is it only for leg day and pull day?

No. The label direction covers any training day: one level scoop in water before and/or during training, sipped through the session. Heavy days are just where a plan matters most.

How does it fit around long rests between heavy sets?

Sip in the rests. The label says to sip it through the session, and the gaps between heavy sets are the natural place to do it.

What does 5 grams of leucine mean on the tub?

Each level scoop carries 5,000 mg of L-leucine, the lead of a 5:1:1 BCAA ratio, with a 3.5 g EAA blend alongside it. It is the headline number on the label.

Does it replace my pre-session meal?

It sits alongside it. The scoop is an amino drink, not a meal, and the label says it is not intended to replace a normal meal. Eat the way you normally do and sip through the session.

How many heavy days does a tub cover?

30 servings, so 30 sessions at one scoop each.
