Open Tabs. Open Tasks. Pick One and Move.

Open tabs, open tasks, a craving at three, errands, a session at six. One capsule is the move: energy and focus support built for more than the training hour.

Count what is open right now. Tabs. Tasks. An inbox that refilled while you were reading this. Add the mid-afternoon snack run, the errands after work and a session at six, and you have a day with no empty squares in it.

Do not organize it. Pick one and move. That is what Shredabull is for: a single capsule with 300 mg of caffeine inside an energy and focus blend, appetite and craving control for the hours between meals, and a thermogenic complex for the session at the end. It is the 2.0 of the most successful product we have ever made.

The day

A full board and no empty squares

A work-from-home day does not arrive in order. It arrives all at once, and every item on it is reasonable. That is exactly what makes it heavy.

The day: open tabs, open tasks, afternoon cravings, errands after work, training at six. The move: one capsule, taken early, and the first task in front of you.

You can try to fix a day like that with a better list. A list does not give you energy at nine in the morning, and it has no answer for the 3pm kitchen. The label does: three jobs at once, and each one lines up with a square on the board.

The move

One capsule, five answers

TABS
Open tabs. One capsule with a glass of water, then close every tab that is not the first task. The 300 mg of caffeine in an energy and focus blend is there so that first task actually starts.
TASKS
Open tasks. Pick one. Stay on it until it is done. The focus half of the blend is what this hour is for.
3 PM
Afternoon cravings. The pull toward the kitchen is a scheduling problem, and the label has a line for it: appetite and craving control for the hours between meals.
ERRANDS
Errands after work. Pharmacy, groceries, the package you keep driving past. Keep the pace you set this morning.
6 PM
Training at six. The thermogenic complex takes over: heat and a real sweat. Strength day or cardio day, same capsule.

One capsule, taken early. Once you have run your first three days and know how you handle it, the label allows a second one later in the day. Two is the ceiling.

The label

Strong enough to run on a clock

Three hundred milligrams of caffeine is not a gentle number, and we do not dress it up. It is why the label is so clear about how to use it: one capsule a day to start, a cutoff seven hours before bed, and no other stimulants alongside it. Lights out at 11 means your last capsule is by 4.

How to take it, straight from the label
Start 1 capsule Once a day for at least 3 days to check tolerance
After that Up to 2 A second capsule later in the day if tolerated. Never more than 2 in 24 hours
Caffeine 300 mg Per capsule. Not for caffeine-free diets
Bedtime 7 hours Skip it within 7 hours of bed
Stacking Never Do not combine with other stimulant products, including coffee and energy drinks

50 capsules per bottle. Full Supplement Facts on the product page. Adults 18+ only.

Before you decide

What does one capsule actually cover?

Three jobs, printed on one label: an energy and focus boost, appetite and craving control for the hours between meals, and a thermogenic complex that shows up as heat and sweat when you train. The same capsule runs the desk, the errands and the session.

When in the day do I take it?

Early. Your first capsule goes in the morning. The label says never within seven hours of bed, so count back from lights out: bed at 11 means a last capsule by 4. Start with one a day for at least three days, then a second later in the day if you tolerate it, never more than two in 24 hours.

Where does my morning coffee fit?

It does not, and that is the point. Each capsule carries 300 mg of caffeine, and the label says never to combine it with other stimulants, including coffee, energy drinks and pre-workouts. The capsule is the whole plan.

Is it only worth it if I train?

No. Training at six is one square on the board. A lot of what the capsule is built for happens before it: the tabs, the tasks and the hours between meals.

How long does a bottle last?

50 capsules. At one a day that is 50 days. At the two-a-day maximum it is 25.
