About Me: I work within the finance industry as my main profession and whilst competing in fitness shows and offering online coaching in my spare time. I love to compete in anything I do, be it fitness shows or even a family board game!

Nutrition Principles: Always keep a balanced diet, don't shy away from carbs or treats in life. Clean eating does not mean never enjoying yourself.

Training Principles: Listen your body. If you think you can't do an exercise, rep or weight, do it. If you fail you tried, if you succeed you will become better each time.

How did you get into fitness and competing? I was a gymnast and sprinter as a child/young teen. I saw the IFBB bikini girls and got inspired to start lifting weights and compete!

How do you balance your social life and fitness life? Sunday-Thursday I like to focus on fitness, business and professional life. Fridays and Saturdays are for treats, friends and no restrictions.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry? My other half Joe Ballinger, he never quits and always strives to be the best.
